When I arrived at the Sanctuary (Thailand, Koh Panghan) in December 2011, I was travelling on my own following the recommendation of my german Yoga teacher.

 

During my first dinner I met Paul who instantly took me under his wings. With his knowledge of the area /the local customs and friendship with the Thai people - a whole different holiday was revealed to me!

 

He never runs out of interesting, entertaining and hilarious stories while showing me beaches, restaurants or bars one should not miss in the world...

 

Paul makes friends easily and encouraged some of us to participate at workshops like 'Transformational Breathing', showed us where you can get the best kiwi shake or dance in the middle of the jungle from 11pm to 11am on a Friday nigh!

 

Already in 2011, I told him right away that he would make the perfect tour guide. So now I am very excited he actually follows his true life's calling!
