Travel cheques are good, although ATMs have spread to most places.
Good health insurance is a must. Thailand has many private health clinics and many of them will do the paperwork for your insurance should the need arise. Its not really a problem, so come along and enjoy.. Better still we can chat on the phone.

•You would need to be reasonably able, although not a great deal of walking is involved.•Take a case of about 20 kg with wheels and perhaps a shoulder bag. Light clothes, beach shoes, camera, book etc - most things you would need can be found in Thailand - so don't worry if you forget something.There's always lots of shops around - tourism is one of the main industries. So, as they say, no problem.
For those interested yoga and detox tripsFeel younger, look great and lose weight. Well established facilities with organised health programmes and, best of all, situated on palm fringed beaches with plenty of time to just relax and enjoy healthy fresh food.
